The rest of this text is just placeholder. I am a tireless advocate for my clients. I act as an intermediary, shielding you from interactions with the IRS.
I deal with the IRS so you don’t have to. Once you retain my services, you will not hear from the IRS anymore (or, if you get a mailing, you’ll know that I received it, too, and am staying on top of it.) You won’t have to lie awake nights wondering what to say, whether you said the right thing, if there’s any better option than the ones the IRS offered you.
Sometimes I’ll walk into a client’s office and see a stack of unopened IRS notices. They’re too afraid to even open the envelopes. But the head-in-the-sand approach doesn’t work well with the IRS. What may have been a small problem to start with becomes bigger and bigger as interest and penalties mount.
What strikes terror in your heart doesn’t faze me. Tax resolution is what I do! I work well with IRS agents because I understand how they think and am thoroughly knowledgeable about the rules that govern them. I know when to hold their feet to the fire and when to back off so they don’t dig in their heels out of annoyance. I treat them with an effective combination of persistence and diplomacy. They prefer to deal with tax resolution professionals who speak the language and are methodical and unemotional.
You may have heard about so-called tax resolution specialists who take the client’s money without resolving the problem. They may present an offer to the IRS that the IRS clearly will never accept, or they present an offer that the IRS does accept but that the client can’t possibly pay. I’ve lived and done business in Santa Rosa since 1983 and I plan to stay. I value my good reputation and advocate strongly and effectively for my clients. I’ll give you my best assessment of your case and the likelihood of success.
